Finds come in drops
New finds land in small drops, each built around a theme. A drop opens at a set time in the app, and each find has only a handful made. When they're gone, they're gone.
Set a reminder in the app and we'll nudge you when the next drop opens. Missed one? Some finds can be restocked, so turn on a restock alert and we'll tell you first.
After you order
Track it live
See your rider on the map, get a heads-up when they're close, and share a handover code at the door so it reaches the right person.
Checked again before it leaves
We give every find a final check as it's packed. If something's wrong, we tell you before it ships and offer a swap or a refund.
